I am delighted to introduce our Chabot-Las Positas Faculty Association Web Site.

The Chabot-Las Positas Faculty Association is committed to extremely high standards with respect to all aspects of negotiable faculty rights.  We work tirelessly to collect relevant data and to improve our Contract with the District based on survey data from our surrounding community college districts.  We have succeeded in negotiating an outstanding contract that is on the vanguard of significant issues and salary scales. 

We are an independent Faculty Association with a strong commitment to serving the needs of our unit members. We represent all Full-time and Part-time faculty in the Chabot-Las Positas Community College District.
