Agency Fee (dues): What Does That Mean?
Our Faculty Association (CLPCFA) has an Agency Fee, which means that all faculty pay dues into the FA even if they are not members of the Faculty Association. Only members can vote on ballot measures, but everyone pays.

Accordingly, the CLPCFA Agency Fee (dues) for Full-time faculty is $47 per month for ten months, plus a voluntary Political Action Committee (PAC) contribution of $2 per month. A total of $490 per year.

The Agency Fee (dues) for Adjunct faculty is $12 per month with no PAC contribution.

Membership in the CLPC Faculty Association is open to all full-time and adjunct faculty at Chabot and Las Positas Colleges.
